Sample Policy
Our sample program is designed for business customers to test PackwareMart products before placing larger orders – including restaurants, caterers, wholesalers, distributors and online sellers.

Purpose of Samples
At PackwareMart, samples are designed to help business customers verify:
- Product quality, appearance and functional performance
- Fit with existing menu, packaging or resale plans
- Compatibility with local regulations and logistics
We welcome both end users and trade partners, including:
- Restaurants, cafés, ghost kitchens and catering companies
- Grocery stores, supermarkets and convenience chains
- Wholesalers, redistributors and trading companies
- Online sellers, marketplaces and regional distributors
Please note: our sample program is for business use only. We do not provide samples for personal / household use.

Types of Samples We Offer
Assorted Sample Kits
A curated mix of several related items in one shipment (e.g. clamshells + plates + cups in the same material line). Useful when you want to compare sizes or series in person.
Project-Based Sample Bundles
For larger projects (new restaurant opening, chain rollout, or distributor listing), we can prepare a tailored multi-SKU bundle after reviewing your menu, channels and volume plan.

Who Qualifies for Samples
You qualify for our sample program if you meet all of the following:
- You are a registered business (company, LLC, partnership or sole proprietor)
- You can provide basic business information, such as:
- Company name and business address
- Website, marketplace store link, or social media page (if applicable)
- Target application: foodservice, retail wholesale, e-commerce, etc.
- Approximate purchasing frequency or annual volume range

How to Request Samples
Option A – Use the “Request Samples” button on product pages
On each product detail page, you will see a “Request Samples” button on the right-hand side panel. You can use this button to build a small sample box:
- Add up to 4 different SKUs in one standard sample request.
- If you are interested in more than 4 SKUs, please contact our online support or email us to arrange a tailored sample plan.
Option B – Contact our sales team directly
If you already have a clear product list or are planning a larger project (for example, a new restaurant opening or a distributor program), you can email us with:
- Your company name and business type (restaurant / wholesaler / distributor, etc.)
- Shipping address and contact person
- The SKUs or product categories you are interested in
- Rough volume plan or purchasing frequency

Sample Costs & Shipping
- For qualified business customers, sample items themselves may be free or heavily discounted, depending on project size.
- Shipping is usually charged at cost. For consolidated sample kits or large projects, we will quote shipping separately before you confirm.
- In some cases, sample charges can be credited back on your first bulk order. Details will be confirmed in writing.

Limitations & Notes
- As a general rule, each standard sample request should include no more than 4 different SKUs. For larger evaluations, please contact us to design a custom sample plan.
- Sample availability may vary by SKU, region and stock status.
- We may limit the total number of SKUs or quantities per request.
- Some custom-printed or special-order items may not be available as samples.
- PackwareMart reserves the right to adjust or refuse sample requests at our discretion.
